Allison + Partner opens several new offices in Latin America through a partner relationship with Grupo Garnier, which will rename offices in eight markets to Allison + Partners. Allison + Partners’ parent company, Stagwell, has a partnership with Grupo Garnier as part of its Global Affiliates program, which was launched earlier this year. As part of the partnership, Allison + Partners and Grupo Garnier will set up a joint team in Miami under the leadership of General Manager David Baum and Business Development Director Tomás Saiz to advise North American brands on entering Latin America and the US Hispanic market. “The merger with Grupo Garnier enables us to rapidly scale our offering in Latin America, a growing global market with a significant need for communication and marketing services and a great opportunity for digital growth,” said Allison + Partners Global Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan Heit.

Merging

MERGE expands its platform capabilities for marketing operations by acquiring the marketing operations company Percuto. All members of the MERGE and Perkuto executive teams will remain in their current roles and work together to integrate the companies that will operate under the MERGE brand name. Perketo helps companies such as Facebook, Adobe, Sony Biotechnology and Siemens to expand their marketing capacities, solve integration problems with the work automation platform Workato and use the marketing automation software Marketo. “Merging Perkuto’s Marketo expertise with MERGE’s content management systems expertise enhances our ability to blend storytelling and technology to turn traffic into transactions for customers,” said Patrick Venetucci, MERGE’s chief executive officer .

LINK agency, which calls itself the “TikTok Brand Factory,” is launching its Content Creator Scholarship to support promising content creators. Participants go through a six-month scholarship program in which they are supported by one of the two co-founders of the LINK Agency, Francisco Lopes and Francisco Schmidberger. During the fellowship, Lopes and Schmidberger will host weekly meetings to develop career opportunities, negotiate branding contracts, and provide ongoing advice and resources. Interested parties can apply to the program, with the initial cohort of three selected by an industry-leading committee based on their needs, passion, and commitment to content creation.
